Using this material, students will explore the function of conjunctions as parts of speech.  These traditional Montessori materials and activities are also aligned with Science of Reading best practices. Each set contains instructions for different activities and extensions, providing flexibility in meeting a student’s specific needs. Designed for Montessori classroom or homeschool use - also great solution for non-Montessori classrooms for use in student centers or for tier 3 intervention!  Grammar Box materials are meant to be used in conjunction with a Grammar Symbols set (not included).  This set includes 12 pages of cards, a full set of instructions, and word cards that are 2.5” x 1.5”, color-coded by outline, and designed for rounded corners.  Grammar Box VIII includes:

a – 4 sentence pairs working with “and,” “but,” and “so”

b – 4 sentence pairs working with “because,” “since,” “until,” and “although”

c – 4 sentence pairs working with “either/or” and “if/then”
