Using this material, students will explore the function of definite and indefinite articles as parts of speech. (Additionally, there are activity options for exploring singular and plural nouns.)  These traditional Montessori materials and activities are also aligned with Science of Reading best practices. Each set contains instructions for different activities and extensions, providing flexibility in meeting a student’s specific needs. Designed for Montessori classroom or homeschool use - also great solution for non-Montessori classrooms for use in student centers or for tier 3 intervention!  Grammar Box materials are meant to be used in conjunction with a Grammar Symbols set (not included).  This set includes 14 pages of cards, a full set of instructions, and word cards that are 2.5” x 1.5”, color-coded by outline, and designed for rounded corners.  Grammar Box II includes:

a – nine pink level nouns – practice definite and indefinite articles, “a” vs. “an,” singular and plural nouns

b – nine blue level nouns – practice definite and indefinite articles, “a” vs. “an,” singular and plural nouns

c – nine multi-syllabic nouns – practice definite and indefinite articles, “a” vs. “an,” singular and plural nouns

d – twelve advanced vocabulary nouns – practice “a” vs. “an” exceptions
